ESD Bubble Bag

Anti-static bubble bags are made of a mixture of shielding film and anti-static bubble film. This effectively combines the Faraday cage effect and air gap to provide a high level of ESD protection during packaging and shipping. This ESD bag provides anti-static protection and is suitable for packaging of electronic products that are sensitive to static electricity, such as PCBs, IC integrated circuits, CD drives, HD, etc. Bags of all sizes are available in open and self-adhesive versions.

Q: How do your factory control the quality of the product?

A: We exactly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system, raw material inspection(IQC), process inspecition(IPQC), and outgoing Inspection(PQC) which are essential in HPP. Quality and services are the foundation of long-term cooperations. HPP alwasy seeks for continuous and stable partnership.

Q: How about the lead time and freight?

A: Usually we will need around 3-7 days for the sample and 7-15 days for the mass prdocution. It depends on the production method and the quantity, and sometimes if customers requires special materials, it may take a little longer.

B: We have very competitive partners specializing in different kinds of shipments so customers can choose air shipment, sea shipment(LCL/FCL) or land shipment accordingly.
