Q: What is the MOQ?
A: As an experienced manufacturer we can produce even 1 pc for most of our products, usually small quantity will increase the unit price quite a lot. Although our expertise is mass production, we do have many different ways to help you reduce the cost for small orders.
Q: Can I get free stock samples?
A: All our stock samples are free. If you want to check our quality before move forward, we can send you the stock samples similar to what you need but with different printing for free with freight collect.
Q: Can I get free samples with my own design?
A: Usually we charge half or even less of our production cost for most custom samples. We have many different sample production methods to help you reduce cost. And please be assured that all the sample cost will be refunded when you place the order for mass production.
Q: How do your factory control the quality of the product?
A: We exactly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system, raw material inspection (IQC), process inspection (IPQC), & outgoing Inspection (PQC) are essentials in HPP. The third party inspection is also welcome in HPP. Quality and services are the foundation of long-term cooperations. HPP always seeks for continuous, stable partnership.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Usually we will need around 3-7 days for the sample and 7-15 days for the mass production. It depends on the production method and the quantity, sometimes if customers want special materials, it may take a little longer.
Q: Can you ship abroad?
A: We have 20+ years export experience. We have very competitive partners specializing in different kinds of shipments, customers can choose air shipment, sea shipment (LCL/FCL) or land shipment accordingly.
Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We are available to almost all kinds of payment, Credit Card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, T/T, West Union &etc.
