Moisture-proof bags, also known as aluminum foil bags and metallized bags, are laminated by multiple layers of aluminized polyester and polyethylene, which sometimes provide moisture-proof, corrosion and shielding protection for sensitive components. Bags are heat sealable and suitable for vacuum packaging. Most of them contain polyester (PET) to prevent punctures. The metal layer provides electrostatic discharge (ESD) shielding. Bags are primarily used to package ESD sensitive devices before placing them on a circuit board.

Q: How do your factory control the quality of the product?
A: We exactly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system, raw material inspection(IQC), process inspecition(IPQC), and outgoing Inspection(PQC). Quality and services are the foundation of long-term cooperations. HPP alwasy seeks for continuous and stable partnership.
Q: How about the lead time and freight?
A: Usually we will need around 3-7 days for the sample and 7-15 days for the mass prdocution. It depends on the production method and the quantity. Sometimes if customers want special materials, it may take a little longer.
B: We have very competitive partners specializing in different kinds of shipments, so customers can choose air shipment, sea shipment(LCL/FCL) or land shipment accordingly.
