Q: How do your factory control the quality of the product?
A: We exactly follow the ISO 9001 quality management system, raw material inspection(IQC), process inspecition(IPQC), & outgoing Inspection(PQC) are essentials in HPP. Quality and services are the foundation of long-term cooperations. HPP alwasy seeks for continuous, stable partnership.
Q: How about the lead time and freight?
A: Usually we will need around 3-7 days for the sample and 7-15 days for the mass prdocution. It depends on the production method and the quantity, sometimes if customers want special materials, it may take a little longer.
We have very competitive partners specializing in different kinds of shipments, customers can choose air shipment, sea shipment(LCL/FCL) or land shipment accordingly.

— A: Our QC team will inspect each product before shipping to ensure each one is in a good condition.

— A: For samples, it usually takes 3-5 days to complete samples. For mass production, it depends on quantity of the order. As for freight, it usually takes 4-7 working days by DHL/Fedex.
